Spreader Spine Connector (Cross Fitting)

Description

A model for connecting the spine to the lower spreader on sport kites. Includes a small hole for optionally glueing the fitting in place.

For the best experience, use the online Fusion 360 Project. The project includes parameters to adjust hole sizes and tolerances.

Prepared STL files:

Name Description
6.5mm x 4mm A fitting where one hole has a 6.5mm internal diameter, and another hole has a 4mm internal diameter.
6.5mm x 6.5mm A fitting with two holes: one with a 7.5mm internal diameter, and one with a 6.5mm internal diameter.
7.5mm x 7.5mm A fitting with two holes, and each hole has a 7.5mm internal diameter.

Printing Notes

I print these using Sainsmart 95A TPU with 100% infill and no supports.
