Retrofit Quad T Fitting
This is a T-Fitting made to retro fit quad line kites that were built with simple lashed endcaps along the leading edge.
Other T-fittings move the position of the vertical spar below the leading edge, and kites that use them are built with an adjusted sail height to compensate. Because of this, when adding T-Fittings to an older kite like a B-Series Pro, the vertical spars will stick out farther than desired at the bottom wing tips.
This fitting provides the snagless benefit of T-Fittings without moving the position of the spar.

For the best experience, use the online Fusion 360 Project. The project includes parameters to adjust hole sizes and tolerances.
The Project is also available as a .f3d file here.

Printing Notes
I print these upright in TPU with no supports. Two are needed for a typical quad line kite, but one must be mirrored; most slicers should be able to mirror a model.
