K28 - Interlock #1
Once again, it is time to use up some scraps. This time, I have more colors to use though.
This kite was my first time building a kite with "T" fittings along the leading edge and a non-bungee tensioning system on the bottom points. This is also the first kite built using my Singer 401A.
More unconventional venting as well.
This kite won 1st place at the Washington State International Kite Festival's novice sport kite hand-crafted competition in 2018.
